Since 1984, the band has been part of Long Island’s parades, memorials, celebrations, and the smaller local moments that rarely make a program but still mean a lot to the people there. Just as important, we keep teaching so there is always another generation ready to pick up the pipes or sticks.
Northport is woven through all of it; the harbor, the people, the parades, and the familiar faces we see year after year.
